JDM Meeting-Pula 2014

DESTINATION: visit Croatian fellas at the Pula-jdm meet

Our parking point at the highway. We stopped to take a lil break.. and i just snapped a shot from the distance

gathering was like five cars, all of them were Hondas, all Civics.. from ed's to famous ek's

    and we're here. This was our parking lot at the destination. The mighty ancient Rome's arena at the back.

    this old skool Civic EC9" belongs to my friend Ado. I have respect to this car since me, myself and         i'm younger than this machine. The engine, i believe is a D14A1

    vsm EK4 hatch" with a set of "Takata green wheels, some mint red Recaros.. definitely a nice build.

Patrik's EK4 sedan with rare oem color.. i saw only a few civic's with the same paint code. 

                     looks purple to me and it's clean and simple look

 white clean EK" on Rota Circuit 8 wheels. What's more rare here is to see is usdm front fenders      installed, never seen those in Slovenian Honda scene.

  I do like the silver coated wheels with oem silver calipers they're ql combo.  

  i spotted this cute "ninja girl" that holds katana in her hands - super dangerous!

 ha big lol!! back then i figure out that almost all of the white EK's had those shaved fenders (usdm style) i like thoou, What can i say? i really pay attention to the 6.gen bodystyle a lot. However Civic runs on Rota Fighter 8 wheels.

 This was probably one of my favorite 6.gens at the meet. Wheels are Rota Circuit 10 in white.

 I took the snapshot outside the window.. SR3 Recaros in red, Stickerbombed instrument panel, Nardi deep dish steering wheel, 2 gauge displays at the center console, aftermarket anodized gear knob..pretty much fu*k yeaa!

 rear end was also clean.. ek9 wing tilted, custom wiper block-off, ek9 rear bumper lip, door visors, Spoon style mirros that matched the main color.

 mmm yes, i really like this yellow fever called as MR2" theoretically it's little brother to mighty NSX.
-back to NSX later!

cockpit is simply recognizable for a japanese car from oldies goldies.., what i don't like is that customized yellow leather around dash but anyway, the car is hot!

kinda uncommon to see a Celica at the jdm meets. Car was pretty lowered, stock repainted wheels which looks great IMO.

a very clean sample of CRX, it has been fully resprayed by fresh red gloss paint. Rare to see this model in such a great condition these days.. I'm so glad to see people give attention and take care of this cars.

Oh god, i believe deeply, This was my first time i saw a legendary Honda model, YES, that's an NSX!
Those who watch me "when i came close to it, can told that i was really crying, there were tears of happiness of course. It wasn't fully stock and it wasn't riced-out but the bodystyle was.. well i don't know the word. enough said.

C30A Engine was like brand new from the factory, stock and super clean

I'm sure if there was completely removed Honda emblems from the car, 95% folks won't recognize it on the roads.

rear end have so aggressive appearance, doesn't looks like a car at all but more like a f1 car IMO.

I never can't get enough of these "Slips"...they're originally named as SW388 produced by Desmond/Russia, designed by Spoon then came Evo Regamasters and so on. As i mentioned before one of my favorite wheel of all time.

They're so nice and simply designed, a great touch to any Civic.

5.gen Civic coupe even more slammed, probably the lowest car at the meet.  these kind of coupes are very rare here.

pocket rocket, that's the Suzuki Swift. good cond, fresh paint, sport look. They should be more affected in jdm scene as well. Swift's are reliable, small, lightweight, agile cars.. don't ever underestimate them!

these cars were equipped with not so famous 4WS, It's hella fricky tricky. I'm sure it do the job but what i do not know is "why this technology was abandoned from the factory cars?"

4.gen Civic Shuttle, trend is rusty hood and pretty much all mixed together!

Suzuki Baleno hatchback, i see a P/S reservoir just as same as Hondas have..

A very nice Civic EG" hatch, front end is clean and shaved (the style i like the most)

full spoked wheels, deep offset, no inner fenders, slammed to the ground..

removed rear wiper, emblems, Solid muffler, ql ql

VSM 6.gen Civic hatch, the "facelifted one" ctr lip, grill, no side skirts, tilted oem wing,  door visors, Spoon style mirrors, amber side markers which looks just great on silver and don't forget it has the sunroof! headlights are the only part on the car that are not my taste but ok, it is cool anyway.

ay this is something you can't see commonly on every Civic, the Sparco Pista wheels by O.Z Racing.

that's pretty much all, the meet came to an end and we headed back home. It was a good day. = )
